Senator Sue Lines represented the Australian Parliament at the 2020 Reykjavík Global Forum - Women Leaders last week. This year’s edition of the forum was a unique series of online discussions over three days that provided women leaders the opportunity to connect across sectors, hemispheres and time zones.
Like so many adversities, COVID-19 has disproportionately affected women, and my contribution focussed on what our governments must do to ensure women’s progress towards economic and social equality is built into our laws and processes.
